Just when we thought the water was safe again, the sharks of volatility returned. The stock market had seemed to find some stability with daily changes settling down. However, late in the week, 100 point plus days became the norm.

Painful though it may be to keep money on the sidelines given the generally decent valuation metrics, patience will be rewarded.
